Job Summary

The Senior Director of Analytics – Women’s Health is a hands-on, strategic “player-coach” role responsible for shaping and leading the analytics agenda across Bonafide, Uqora, and Equelle. This role will partner with senior leadership and commercial leads to deliver actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and omnichannel performance as our brands expand across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels.

In addition to serving as a trusted business partner to leadership, this role will manage and grow a team of analysts spanning acquisition, lifecycle, digital product, and omnichannel analytics, while also overseeing the data engineering function. Reporting to the VP of Analytics – Women’s Health, the Senior Director will play a critical role in ensuring our data infrastructure, analytical outputs, and insights fuel business impact and support the long-term growth strategy.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as an embedded analytics leader with commercial teams, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth, marketing efficiency, and overall brand performance.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Provide expert-level analytics across performance marketing, lifecycle strategies, and digital product, with a focus on optimizing CAC, LTV, subscription rates, conversion, and repurchase.
  • Omnichannel Measurement: Lead analysis of cross-channel performance (DTC, Amazon, retail, HCP), establishing and monitoring KPIs across channels including retail velocities, traffic, repeat purchase rates, and category growth.
  • Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Implement, manage, and interpret outputs from MTA, MMM, and predictive analytics models, delivering recommendations that optimize media mix, customer journey, and channel investment.
  • Data Infrastructure & Governance: Oversee the data engineering team to ensure scalable, accurate, and reliable data systems. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance infrastructure and ensure data quality.
  • Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and mentor a cross-functional analytics team, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Promote a culture of testing, learning, and innovation.
  • Executive Influence: Interface with senior leadership and commercial VPs across brands, acting as the central analytics liaison to align on strategy, insights, and decision support.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal Senior Director is a collaborative leader with deep expertise in marketing and commercial analytics across DTC and omnichannel environments. They are equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves on hands-on analysis as they are influencing executive decision-making. They bring proven success leading teams, scaling analytics capabilities, and driving measurable business impact.

Capabilities & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in analytics, statistics, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics roles, with at least 4–5 years in people management.
  • Demonstrated success in omnichannel marketing analytics (DTC, Amazon, retail, HCP) ideally within a subscription-based or digitally native business.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and experience with data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines. Familiarity with Python or other advanced analytics languages a plus.
  • Strong understanding of MTA, MMM, and predictive analytics methodologies, including application to CAC, LTV, and channel optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop analytics teams while also executing as an individual contributor when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of delivering high-impact work on time and within budget.

Salary Range

National Target Base Pay Range: $190,000 - $332,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $211,000 - $369,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
