As a Regulatory Affairs Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance and facilitating the approval process for company products. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and accurately entering required data into regulatory systems, maintaining and organizing complex records, and overseeing electronic document management to ensure efficiency and traceability. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, providing critical administrative and operational support to ensure all regulatory requirements are met in a timely and effective manner. Your contributions will directly support the successful approval and market entry of the company's products, helping to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
- Maintain the database system through accurate filing and data entry, including updates related to the entry and approval of health records.
- Prepare and send documents to various countries via FedEx or mail.
- Coordinate translations.
- Digitize and organize regulatory files by reference and product.
- Prepare reports as requested.
- Provide comprehensive support for major project launches.
- Manage references and photos required for regulatory submissions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Candidates must be fluent both in English and Spanish.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or any other related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point is required.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience ideally for regional distribution companies, covering relevant topics such as market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to handle database management filing and document classification knowledge
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work independently as well as team player, problem-solving and good communicator
- Must be someone organized, resourceful and with clear and strong communication skills.
