Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about optimizing IT processes and driving service excellence across a global organization? We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Process Manager to lead the development, harmonization and continuous improvement of IT processes and tools. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficiency, alignment with strategic goals and support our digital transformation journey.

Your Impact:

  • Define, harmonize and continuously improve IT processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, Request and Knowledge Management) ensuring strategic alignment and user-centric design
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize IT Asset and Configuration Management processes, including CMDB governance, to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and compliance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IT process documentation and an integrated IT process map to ensure transparency, standardization and alignment across the organization
  • Act as process owner and drive governance, compliance and adoption across the IT organization
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs and reporting dashboards; recommend and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with IT leaders, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure processes deliver measurable value and support organizational goals
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and communication to promote process awareness and maturity
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to IT service management
  • Lead or contribute to ITSM-related projects in a global environment, such as replacement of an ITSM tool

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree in in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Process Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing IT processes (e.g., based on ITIL) in a global business environment. ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Execution Discipline: High level of initiative, responsibility, and the ability to translate complex requirements into system solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken.
  • Tool Proficiency: Practical knowledge of ITSM systems and ticketing tools (e.g., Omnitracker, ServiceNow, Freshservice).
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a structured and independent working style.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, customer orientation, and stakeholder management abilities.
