The Role

We are seeking a talented Automotive Content Creator – Photo & Video to join our dynamic Marketing Team.

Based in Melbourne, you will travel between our Melbourne dealerships to capture the people, products & experiences that make JMG the #1 choice in luxury & premium automotive retail.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Shooting high-quality photo & video content for digital campaigns, social media, & dealership events.
• Planning, filming & editing engaging reels, short-form video, & longer features.
• Working closely with the Group Retail Marketing Manager & dealership marketing team members to create content that reflects each brand’s identity (BMW, MINI, Audi, Honda, Chery & Geely).
• Managing equipment, lighting, & post-production workflows to deliver polished, on-brand visuals.
• Staying across industry trends & introducing fresh creative ideas to keep our content ahead of the curve.

About You

You’re a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for detail & a genuine passion for automotive design & performance. To succeed, you will bring:

• Proven experience in photography & videography, including editing & colour grading.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of social media formats & best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple shoots & meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel to our various Melbourne dealerships.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support events.
• You have your own professional photography & videography equipment – including a drone.
