Oracle is seeking an experienced and driven Principal Technical Program Manager who wants to join a team of highly talented engineering professionals to help revolutionize data center automation and delivery of new cloud data centers at scale around the globe. You will be embedded with engineering teams, lead large scale projects, and deliver critical results for the business.
As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning critical datacenter software engineering projects that are 10X scale and communicating with VP and SVP level leaders across domains and workstreams. You will work with product, and multiple engineering service owners and collaborate on dependencies and will set clear project expectations and then manage and track the project to the end. Amidst complexity and chaos, you will bring structure and cadence and align with partners to bring accountability and visibility. You will embody the concept of end-to-end ownership and then help deliver for the collective team.
Qualifications And Skills
- Extensive experience in a technical program management role, preferably within the cloud computing or software development industry
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and engineering processes.
- Hands-on SQL, Jira/Confluence scripting integration to manage cross-domain program work. Python integration skills is a plus.
- Roll-up the sleeves own end-to-end technical program delivery, collab in technical discussions with Architects and Engineering leads.
- Exceptional strategic thinking abilities and a proven track record in aligning engineering efforts with product strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making, with a proactive and organized approach to work.
- Experience in creating and executing program roadmaps and managing complex projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
