Job Title: Salesforce SME (Subject Matter Expert) – CPQ & Data Integration

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce SME with deep expertise in CPQ and data integration to support the end-to-end implementation of one of our automation project. You will serve as the technical authority on Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integration with Microsoft Fabric and Oracle EBS.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document Salesforce CPQ data model, objects, fields, and relationships.
• Define and map data requirements for integration with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Design and validate API-based data extraction processes from Salesforce.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with row-level access rules.
• Support the development team in transforming Salesforce data for reporting and Oracle EBS alignment.
• Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues.
• Provide expertise for Salesforce-to-Oracle feedback loop implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ and Data Architecture experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce APIs, ETL processes, and cross-platform integrations (e.g., ERP, data warehouses).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Oracle EBS is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Administrator certification preferred.
