Employment Lawyer

We are seeking a mid–senior Employment Lawyer to join our high-performing team. You’ll advise and represent a broad spectrum of clients, in all aspects of employment law, including contracts, workplace disputes, unfair dismissal, discrimination, and enterprise bargaining. With an emphasis on early, strategic problem-solving, you’ll provide practical solutions that protect clients and resolve issues before they escalate.

About You

• Have 4+ years PAE in employment/IR law
• Be commercially minded, pragmatic, and client-focused
