About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

As a Performance Monitoring Advisor you will support ACC in obtaining effective treatment and rehabilitation services that contribute to desired client outcomes. 

The role focuses on early intervention and education to address unwarranted variation in service delivery. You will monitor provider performance, evaluate adherence to contractual and professional standards, and initiate targeted improvement strategies as necessary. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and propose system enhancements to address persistent challenges.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives on data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and driving service excellence across the health sector.

These are 12 month fixed term opportunities.

About you Mōu

  • Strong analytical skills and experienced in identifying trends and outliers from multiple reports, referral and data sources.
  • Shows sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills when addressing sensitive issues, including questioning provider practices.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
  • Ability to gently influence others toward a desired course of action with the ability to adapt communication style to the situation and audience.
  • Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experienced with Power BI would be a plus.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $ $85,037 and $110,047 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
