RAC Auto Services is one of the fastest-growing divisions within RAC WA, proudly serving members for over 119 years. With our growing network of 10 modern workshops, and mobile Services we’re looking for Master Technicians to join our skilled team — and help drive the future of automotive excellence.

You will be performing advanced fault diagnosis and specialised repairs including complex mechanical repairs to member vehicles, while maintaining RAC’s high service standard requirements. Support your fellow Technicians & apprentices in the application complex work and innovating with new technology.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Perform complex diagnostics, mechanical, auto- electrical and ECU module repairs
  • Learn and grow through using innovative products, equipment and applying them on emerging technology
  • Lead in fault-finding and repair across a wide range of makes and models
  • Work on EV and hybrid vehicles with cutting-edge diagnostic tools
  • Guide and mentor apprentices and technicians on advanced repairs
  • Conduct advanced inspections, quality assurance & technical reporting
  • Champion workshop safety, participate in tool/equipment trials and innovations

What You Bring:

  • Experienced and Trade-qualified Automotive Technician
  • Additional auto-electrical qualification or dual trade desirable
  • WA Repairers Certificate & ARC Licence (mandatory)
  • EV certified & ASRA registered (or willingness to complete)
  • Certificate IV in Automotive Diagnosis (or working towards)
  • High proficiency in scan tools, wiring diagrams & fault-tracing
  • Strong mentoring skills & proactive learning mindset
