Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Senior Officer for the People & Culture department at our Marousi premises.

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of the talent acquisition process—from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent, while building a strong talent pipeline. They will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. The candidate will also attract applicants using various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals, plan and host interviews, participate in career events, nurture trusting relationships with candidates, and contribute to the implementation of team initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Take full ownership of talent acquisition cycle for assigned vacancies, from defining each role (job description) to CV screening, interviewing, preparing assessment reports and contributing to the final hiring decision to best suit open positions
  • Attract potential candidates from various internal and online channels (e.g., internal database, social networking, and professional platforms) to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Promote our job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally and prepare talent acquisition material
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Ensure all screening, selection and hiring is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports and propose data-driven solutions
  • Participate in career events being an ambassador of firm’s culture
  • Act as a consultant to new hires to help them onboard and become fully integrated
  • Stay abreast of talent acquisition trends and best practices
  • Contribute to implementing company’s talent acquisition strategy

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or within a consulting/headhunting firm; experience in handling industrial positions will be considered an asset.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with HR Databases, MS Office tools, LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable)
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment for entry and mid-level roles will be considered an asset
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders built on trust and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Ability to manage, prioritize and perform multiple work assignments in high quality
  • Advanced problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Data-driven mentality and tech focused mindset
  • Customer oriented approach, flexibility and perseverance
  • Passion for result and innovative ideas combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in both Greek and English
