Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting healthcare teams? We’re seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure our Nursing Department runs smoothly by managing schedules, payroll, and staffing resources that directly impact the care of our residents.
A Day in the Life
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will:
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Track leave requests, trades, and staffing census to maintain compliance and quality care.
• Accurately prepare and submit payroll data in collaboration with Nursing and Finance leadership.
• Build strong working relationships with Nursing team members while promoting inclusivity and belonging.
• Support the mission of Home of the Innocents by fostering a culture of compassion, empowerment, wellness, and excellence.

• Ensure consistent and safe staffing to deliver quality care for residents.
• Partner with leadership to optimize staffing resources and meet fiscal objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for payroll and scheduling.
• Contribute to a supportive environment where team members feel valued and respected.
• Actively promote diversity, inclusion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in business or healthcare-related field or SRNA certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of scheduling/payroll experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing strategies and basic medical terminology.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Dayforce or other scheduling software preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required (training provided if needed).
