Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Overview:

The Design Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for mechanical design to support the launch of new product development projects as well as enhancements to current product designs. Potentially will play a role in testing station built up and perform tests of products/components in future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new products that meet performance, cost and quality requirements.

• Use of computer aided design and analysis tools to optimize designs in an efficient manner.

• Generate clear technical documentation and procedures that can be referenced by other design, manufacturing or quality engineers.

• Support existing products through cost reduction, failure analysis, application solutions and product derivatives.

• Product and process design documentation that leverages reference designs and best practices enabling design traceability.

• Drawing and documentation approval for simple to medium complexity components and processes.

• Provide recommendations with corresponding documentation to engineering manager or project team for complex components and processes.

Position Qualifications:

职位要求：

BS or above in mechanical engineering or related field. 机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

Three years’ experience of mechanical engineering, especially in a foreign company. 三年机械工程方面的经验，特别是在外企工作的经验。

Understanding of design requirements, parts function, and manufacturing principles. 了解设计要求，零件功能和制造原理。

Skills in Solidworks, Creo and AutoCAD. 熟练使用Solidworks, Creo和AutoCAD。

Ability to facilitate a technical discussion with internal and external customers (e.g.: application or spec review) 能够促进与内部和外部客户的技术讨论(例如:应用或产品规格讨论)

Good English communication. 良好的英语沟通能力。

Hands on experience of customization prefects. 有定制级的实际经验。

Ability to solve moderately complex problems. 具有解决中等复杂问题的能力。

Experience of Oracle system. 有Oracle系统使用经验。

Understanding of electrical circuits and electrical systems is a plus. 了解电路和电气系统优先考虑。
