Corporate Travel Consultant

Icelandair is seeking a driven and solution-oriented individual with a strong customer service mindset to join our Corporate Services team at our offices in Hafnarfjörður. The goal of the Corporate Services team is to provide outstanding service to Icelandair’s business clients.

The main responsibilities are supporting business clients with contracts, servicing our Saga Gold members, support with governmental institutions and associations, amongst others.

We are looking for someone with strong Amadeus knowledge, excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ambition to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and modifications of business travel, both domestic and international
• Corporate customer service, information sharing, and travel consulting
• Other related tasks within the department

Qualifications:

• Education relevant to the role
• Proficiency in the Amadeus booking system is required
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
• Excellent command of both Icelandic and English
• Strong general computer skills
