Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Salesforce Integration Expert 

A Salesforce Integration Expert is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems. This role ensures that data flows securely and efficiently across platforms, enabling business processes to operate smoothly. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration strategies  
• Design and implement integration solutions using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) 
• Develop and maintain middleware solutions using tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Jitterbit 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, data warehouses) 
• Perform data migration, transformation, and synchronization tasks 
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues proactively 
• Maintain documentation for integration architecture, data flows, and configurations 
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend integration improvements 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualification:

• B.E or B.Tech or MCA 
• Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Field Service. 
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, objects, data model, and security   
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and integration patterns 
• Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar platforms 
• Knowledge of Apex, Java, Python, or JavaScript for custom integrations 
• Strong grasp of ETL processes, data mapping, and error handling 
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Preferred Skills:

• Saesforce Integration Architecture Designer certification  
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud 
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices 
• Background in enterprise architecture or system design
