As the CRG Lead in Argentina, you will establish, build and lead a team supporting Global Banking, enabling innovative client solutions and leveraging data and technology to drive business transformation and operational excellence. You will work closely with client-facing bankers worldwide, delivering best-in-class research, analytics and execution capabilities to support strategic advice and exceptional value for our global clients. You will foster a client-centric culture and collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across the globe.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for CRG Argentina in alignment with Global Banking business priorities and global CRG objectives
- Build and manage a team of 50-100+ professionals, focusing on talent development, performance metrics, transparency, accountability, and collaboration with CRG Mumbai and global stakeholders
- Drive innovation, technology and AI adoption, operational excellence, and efficient use of resources
- Build strong relationships with Global Banking business heads to fully integrate CRG into the Global Banking business model
- Foster a client-centric culture, emphasizing problem-solving, excellence, transparency, innovation, and collaboration
- Deliver advanced analytics, business intelligence, pitch materials, and deal execution capabilities to support bankers in client engagement and deal execution activities
- Ensure the highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance within the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Advanced financial and analytical skills with demonstrated understanding of Global Banking or Corporate Finance
- Self-motivated, proactive, great sense of urgency, with ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and stakeholders
- Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to interact at all levels and simplify complex concepts
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams while coaching and developing other team members
- 10+ years of experience in financial services or consulting
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or Corporate Finance/Banking/Research/Credit Risk teams
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry
