Cash Operations - Transaction Processing Specialist - Analyst (1-year Fixed Term Contract)

As a Transaction Processing Specialist within Cash Operations, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of clients' transaction processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and timely
• Respond to the queries from business partners in a timely manner
• Escalate issues and challenges on time
• Adopt best practices by partnering with other transaction processing teams
• Maintain control of the environment in respect of JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and the local regulatory rules

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Eligible for Veterans Employment Support only (보훈취업지원대상자만 지원 가능)
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
• Ability to multi-task & accuracy
• Proficiency in English and Korean with strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good team player

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Working knowledge of SWIFT and international payment conventions and practices is preferred
