About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Room Attendant to join Housekeeping Department at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas according to Jumeirah standards
• Ensure rooms are fully prepared with linens, amenities, and supplies for incoming guests
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and any guest requests to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring excellent service at all times
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Assist with laundry and linen management as required
• Participate in team meetings and training programs to maintain high service standards

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping in a five-star hotel
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Physically fit, with attention to detail and high personal standards
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Basic English communication skills
