We are seeking a Happiness Specialist to make our workplace bloom!

As a Happiness Specialist, your mission is to champion our company culture, inspiring a full remote team of over 60 people spread across Latin America. Your canvas will be the happiness and well-being of our team members. Through ingenious initiatives, tailored activities, and customized benefits, you'll be the driving force behind their contentment and enthusiasm. As an integral part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing the technical recruiting industry with pioneering best practices, helping shape the future of remote work.


Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage a feedback collection system from team members regarding their well-being, satisfaction and engagement, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Act as a mediator and facilitator in resolving conflicts and challenges within the team, promoting open communication and understanding.
  • Offer a supportive presence for team members during challenging times, acting as a confidant and resource for those facing personal or professional difficulties.
  • Establish a culture of celebration and recognition not only of professional achievements but also personal accomplishments.
  • Manage internal communication and announcements, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
  • Envision and manage the area budget.
  • Plan and execute the company offsite activities.
  • Participate on process improvement and automation initiatives for the area

Requirements


  • 2-3 years of working experience in People, Culture, HR or any related field.
  • Passionate about connecting with people.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • A charismatic, creative, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Advanced English and Spanish
  • Must be based in Latin America (LATAM)


Nice to have:
  • Experience in managing and coordinating suppliers worldwide.
  • Previous experience working in a fully remote company.
  • Zoho People or HRIS knowledge + Google Suite tools.
