Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Customer Project Manager (CPM), you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team of 12 people, all based in Ballerup, Denmark. Together, we ensure the successful implementation of high-impact technology projects for our LAKA (Large Accounts/Key Accounts) customers.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex customer projects within the Large Accounts/Key Accounts (LAKA) segment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to achieve project objectives and ensure timely delivery. 
• Monitor project risks and issues, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality results that meet business requirements and expectations.
• Continuously contribute to process improvement and best practices in project management within the organization.

• Essential Qualifications: 
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, ideally within large enterprise or key account environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Danish - written and spoken; additional language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.

Bonus Skills:

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment with virtual teams.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications)
• Hands-on experience with project management software like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent tools
