The Role

We’re looking for a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator who’s ready to embrace flexibility, variety, and purpose. If you have experience in delivering high-quality, play-based learning and are excited by the idea of working across multiple services, we want to hear from you!

What You'Ll Be Doing:

  • Working Monday to Friday, 7.6 hours per day
  • Taking on a variety of shifts, including opening and closing responsibilities
  • Acting as the nominated supervisor when required
  • Contributing to high-quality learning environments that support every child's potential
  • Where you'll be working:

  • KU Koala
  • KU Kingfisher
  • KU Kangaroo
  • KU Ashmont

Candidates Will Need:

  • A recognised Diploma level of qualification in Early Childhood or similar as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • A driver's license and access to a car, as this position will require you to travel to different services
  • Work rights to enable you to work in Australia
  • Current and Separate First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
  • Completed & Current training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) and how they apply in your state
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
