Roles & Responsibilities

—Experienced project manager good knowledge on project management methodology likes Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid —Responsible to manage multiple Projects, containing several work streams, of moderate complexity to the agreed time and quality standards —Manage consistent delivery while balancing project scope, resources, finances, milestones and deliverables. —Adhere to ePMO standards defined with stage gating and budget change control. —Has good understanding on SDLC and have handled technical projects —Identify challenges in the project upfront and raise them with the team on time to ensure quality and timeliness —Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. —Monitor and report on project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise. —Work closely with cross-functional teams,. —Communicate project goals, timelines, and status updates to all stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and partners. —Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. —Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements as needed.. —Manage project dependencies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. —Ensure all project documentation is up to date and available for future reference

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

·Project Management tools (e.g Jira, MS Project, Clarity, or similar applications) ·Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong English communication skills (Oral & Written)

Preferred technical & functional skills

·Good project management skill with proven experience would be an advantage

Educational Qualifications

•Any degree or any bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, IT, business, or a related field •Certification: PMP required; Certification in CSM/PSM/Prince 2 will be preferred.

Work Experience

•3+ years of project management experience with software development projects
