Roles & Responsibilities

•Play a key role in monitoring and implementing projects (Business unit/ Organizational and change initiatives) by meeting key objectives on time and within budget. •Support cross-functional teams in implementing various organizational initiatives such as community engagement, learning & development and other employee collaboration activities. •Work with the internal communications team to drive various campaigns. To ensure messages are clear and consistent. •Support the team in identifying how changes might affect different teams and help gather feedback from key stakeholders. •Help conduct market analysis on vendor costs and training cost for various services.

Educational Qualifications

•Post-Graduation (MBA) •60% in X, XII and UG

Work Experience

•A minimum of 0 to 1 year or currently pursuing final year of post-graduation

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
