Reporting to the Cybersecurity Compliance Manager, the Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Analyst provides analytical support for cybersecurity risk assessments and regulatory compliance across JLL's global operations. This role supports cybersecurity program initiatives, policy maintenance, and compliance monitoring while learning from senior team members and gaining foundational exposure to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessment Support
- Monitor business process changes and maintain risk assessment documentation with guidance
- Support cybersecurity risk assessments using established templates
- Help maintain cybersecurity risk registers under supervision
- Assist with tracking key risk indicators (KRIs) and compliance metrics
- Support vendor risk management activities with questionnaire data entry
- Assist with basic third-party security control reviews
Compliance & Audit Support
- Assist with control testing documentation and evidence collection
- Support internal audit teams with cybersecurity audit file preparation
- Help organize regulatory examination materials and responses
- Maintain audit documentation and evidence files with oversight
- Support audit completion activities under supervision
Policy & Standards Maintenance
- Help review cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist in maintaining policy repositories and version control
- Support basic policy review processes and documentation
- Help with cybersecurity awareness material preparation
- Assist with policy distribution activities
Communication & Coordination
- Support basic relationship building with process owners
- Assist with compliance report preparation
- Help with audit scheduling and basic communication
- Support internal distribution of policies and compliance information
General Analytical Support
- Provide data collection support for cybersecurity investigations
- Assist with basic compliance documentation
- Help with cybersecurity program data gathering and analysis
Required Experience & Education
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering
- Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered
Professional Experience
- 1-2 years of IT/cybersecurity experience or relevant internship experience
- Basic exposure to compliance and risk management activities
- Some familiarity with IT operations, applications, or projects
- Entry-level experience with cybersecurity concepts
Industry & Regulatory Knowledge
- Basic awareness of compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOC2
- General understanding of data privacy regulations
- Some exposure to audit processes
Technical Exposure
- Basic familiarity with cybersecurity concepts
- General understanding of network security, cloud security, and application security concepts
- Some experience with documentation and file management systems

- Basic understanding of IT service management concepts

- Interest in pursuing relevant certifications
