1. Device Experience (DEX) Performance Analytics • Review and analyze DEX performance data across device categories. • Track metric trends, identify anomalies, and provide insights to inform refresh strategies. • Validate device refresh recommendations by cross-referencing user experience data with hardware performance indicators. • Ensure Priority Persona DEX scores continue to improve, supporting the company’s Persona Strategy. • Deliver recommendations that optimize Capex while enhancing end-user experience.2. Asset Management & Financial Reporting • Maintain and enhance the Asset Management Dashboard. • Support Audit, Finance, and other corporate functions with accurate asset reporting. • Demonstrate compliance in asset maintenance, recovery, and lifecycle management. • Enable recovery of devices and ensure clawback from reimbursable clients through transparent and precise reporting. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align reporting with organizational standards and client obligations.3. AI-Driven Process Augmentation • Review and document processes across regions, focusing on device and peripheral procurement workflows. • Identify opportunities for automation and AI augmentation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Work with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, prioritize use cases, and develop proof-of-concept initiatives. • Provide insights and documentation to support future AI adoption strategies within IT operations.4. Ongoing Operational Support • Ensure continuity of existing reports and jobs supported by the team. • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. • Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures.Support IT operations for procurement
