Description & Requirements

The energy of a newsroom, the pace of a trading floor, the buzz of a recent tech breakthrough; we work hard, and we work fast - while keeping up the quality and accuracy we're known for. It's what keeps us inventing and reinventing, all the time. Our culture is wide open, just like our spaces. We bring out the best in each other through collaboration. Through our countless volunteer projects, we also help network with the communities around us, too. You can do amazing work here. Work you couldn't do anywhere else. It's up to you to make it happen.

Who We Are

We are Bloomberg’s Global Talent Development Team. Our purpose is clear: to activate and accelerate the full potential of our people. We are a forward-thinking team of leadership, inclusion, learning, and organizational development specialists partnering with HR Talent Partners, Business Leaders, and HR Business Partners globally. We deliver people-centric, data-informed solutions that align with Bloomberg’s business strategy and evolving future-of-work landscape.

We believe leadership is a mindset, not a title. Whether emerging, evolving, or established, leaders at Bloomberg are empowered to drive impact, build inclusive cultures, and continuously grow.

What'S The Role?

As a strategic member of our global team, you will design and develop integrated talent development solutions that empower people and teams to perform at their best. You will shape enterprise-wide capability building by designing learning ecosystems that are inclusive, digitally enabled, and both globally scalable and locally relevant.

You’ll collaborate across geographies to enable a leadership culture that is globally cohesive, locally relevant, and future-ready—empowering our people to lead with purpose and impact.

We’Ll Trust You To:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, applying organizational insights, workforce analytics, and systems thinking to co-create development strategies aligned with business priorities, succession planning, inclusion, and performance enablement.
  • Architect and deliver innovative, human-centered learning journeys that build readiness across all levels, leveraging digital, blended, and experiential modalities, and championing a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and feedback.
  • Design, produce, and facilitate engaging learning experiences—ranging from self-paced eLearning and user guides to infographics and dynamic sessions—using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Camtasia, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
  • Build and maintain learning platforms and pages in Cornerstone (CSOD), ensuring seamless learner journeys, smooth functionality, and interactive experiences by applying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Leverage assessments, psychometrics, and feedback tools to foster self-awareness and growth, while applying agile methodologies to pilot, iterate, and scale solutions rapidly in a fast-changing environment.
  • Partner with regional teams and Talent Partners to localize content, track learning impact with data and feedback loops, ensure accessibility and inclusion, and contribute thought leadership on emerging practices in leadership, learning, and the future of work.

You’Ll Need To Have:

  • Substantial experience in learning, leadership, or organizational development in complex, global organizations, with a proven ability to design, deliver, and scale impactful programs.
  • Expertise in adult learning, behavioral science, and modern instructional design practices, with hands-on development of blended and digital solutions (Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Cornerstone LMS).
  • Strong technical proficiency in customizing learning experiences (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), alongside multimedia production skills in video, audio, graphics, and animation.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, and a track record of embedding inclusive principles into content and leadership strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with stakeholders at all levels, balancing strategic insight with pragmatic execution, supported by strong facilitation and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms, analytics, and measurement frameworks, paired with a growth mindset, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity in navigating ambiguity.

This is a strategic opportunity to shape how Bloomberg grows people for today and tomorrow. If you’re driven by purpose, powered by innovation, and passionate about people—we’d love to hear from you.
