🚀 Your next challenge
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and ambitious Account Executive Migration Specialist to lead the migration of clients from Pluxee products to flagship solution, Cobee by Pluxee. In this role, you will get to know each client, clearly explain our service and its main advantages, and provide full clarity on the migration journey—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and client-focused transition.
What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Lead the client migration process: conduct discovery sessions, clearly explain the main advantages of flagship service, Cobee by Pluxee.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Onboarding, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize client conversion and retention.
- Maintain Salesforce with accurate records of activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
- Stay informed about SaaS industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to effectively position Cobee in the market.
🌟 You’re a match
At least 2 year of closing experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in SaaS sales is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDIC and Winning by Design.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Resilient, results-driven, and passionate about helping companies transform their employee experience.
- Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Languages:Native Spanish and fluent English.Competencies:
- Communication & Storytelling – Excellent at conveying complex ideas clearly, building trust, and adapting messages to different audiences.
- Competitive Analysis – Skilled at understanding market dynamics and identifying opportunities.
