Great! We are looking for a QA Specialist located near Kvistgaard (Denmark).
Boost our team
You will be joining the Global Quality Systems (GQS) team, which consists of 11 dedicated employees, including 6 experienced QA Specialists. As part of our team, you will support GxP activities across Denmark, Switzerland, and Germany. The role is hybrid, with the expectation of working on-site at our Kvistgaard or Hellerup location two days per week.

- Your impact

- Process Manager Data Integrity
- Process Manager Archiving and Records Retention
- Support and act as deputy for the Process Manager in the Document Management System
- Performing training at all sites
- Own and maintain policies, SOPs and work instructions
You will report to the Head of GQS Team in Bern and may expect a few travel days a year.

- 5+ years of experience in Data Integrity and QMS within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and QMS tools (Veeva Vault preferred)
In this role, you will advise on Data Integrity standards, support the Global DI Program through strategic planning, and act as a Subject Matter Expert during inspections and audits. You will also be responsible for the global Records Management process, including records retention, and contribute to the development and maintenance of the Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) processes.
