Then we have an exciting job opportunity for you as our new QA Specialist for Quality Systems & Compliance (QSC), with hire from January 2026.
Boost Our Team
We are expanding our site QA Department, which ensures quality assurance for our site in Kvistgaard, Denmark. You will join a newly established and well-functioning QSC Team consisting of QA Specialists with a focus on Quality Management System (QMS) processes and general compliance incl. audits and inspections on the entire site. With a flexible work culture, a dynamic and collaborative team, we provide expert QA support and set the direction for our site.
Our site QA department consists of approximately 40 dedicated and highly skilled QA colleagues covering all aspects of our production site in Kvistgaard. You will refer to the QSC Manager.
The Job
As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for daily QA support to the site in Kvistgaard, and GMP compliance, ensuring timeliness and a right-first-time mindset.
You will solve a wide variety of tasks and have a great opportunity to be challenged every day.
Your Main Responsibilities Are:
- Site QA responsible for audits & inspections
- Driving audit & inspections responses and ensuring follow-up with the site and authorities
- Developing and maintaining robust procedures that ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards
- Driving collaboration across site functions to remediate top compliance risks
- QA resource for improvement projects within the area

- M.Sc. degree in pharmacy, chemistry, engineering, or similar
- +8 years of experience in QA from a pharmaceutical organization
- Up-to-date knowledge of GxP requirements
- Proficiency in both Danish and English
- Lead Auditor preferred, but not required
