IAM and AD admin and domain specialist

Are you passionate about security, architecture, and identity management? We are embarking on an ambitious transformation of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory (AD) landscape — and we’re looking for an experienced specialist to help lead the way.

Your Key Responsibilities

As our IAM and AD Admin & Domain Specialist, your primary tasks will amongst others look like:

• Design, implement, and manage identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews)
• Improve processes for onboarding/offboarding users, access requests, and role-based access controls (RBAC), group policies, and entitlement management
• Support integration of applications and services with enterprise IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, federation, etc.)
• Maintain, support and develop on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD environments
• Manage user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), group policies (GPOs), and trust relationships
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve AD replication, authentication, and directory service issues

Your Key Competencies

Required Skills

• Strong experience with IAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, and synchronization from on-prem AD
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, incident handling, and system management
• Strong documentation and IT process skills

Beneficial Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIS2, ISO27001, CIS18, NIST)
• General IT process understanding
• Cross-functional IT infrastructure knowledge

The Infrastructure Team

You’ll be joining the IT-Infrastructure (ITI) team, currently made up of eight skilled professionals located in Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland.

Your base will be in Hellerup, where you’ll be part of a workplace that values teamwork, transparency, and respect.
