Description
Job Summary:
The PALS Business Analyst reports directly to the Assoc Director of Distribution Analytics. Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the PALS system to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business needs. This role involves a combination of technical support, development process involvement, system security oversight, and administrative configuration. The PALS Business Analyst will work with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline work processes and system interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logs and elaborates change requests by marking up use cases and documenting actionable business rules.
- Oversees testing, including functional validation (UAT) and staging for formal signoffs.
- Ensures all requirements align with business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Provide internal and external audit support.
- Manage system access, roles, and resource centers as needed.
- Maintain and update system parameters and dynamic lists to support business needs and system accuracy.
- Provide support to business users, including off-hours coverage as part of an on-call rotation.
- Provide off-hour support during planned and unplanned outages.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement by providing an explanation of what is being delivered, determining training requirements for users, and communicating associated timelines.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop efficient solutions.
- Familiarity with following and adhering to SOPs.
- Ability to work independently with guidance.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with team members, business contacts, and management.
Preferred Skills:
- Practical experience with Logistics Planning and Scheduling.
- Experience troubleshooting PALS related issues and understanding of escalation protocols.
- Ability to understand and develop logical rules.

Salary:
Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $69,750 - $102,300.
