Your Team

You’ll be working in the Management Office in Tokyo, supporting the senior management team.

Your Expertise

You have:

• 5+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced, global environment
• demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Teams

You are:

• strong in written and as a verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize (you make lists and get things checked off)
• discretion, good judgment and prioritization; strong sense of responsibility
• excellent follow-up skills, organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• native-level of Japanese speaker and fluent in English
