This is an exciting opportunity to become the digital marketing leader for a healthcare company that truly impacts lives. You'll have complete autonomy to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, moving beyond their current word-of-mouth model to create an engaging online presence across multiple channels. This role offers the perfect blend of creative content creation, strategic marketing leadership, and potential growth into additional business support functions. You'll work directly with the company founder, have access to all necessary tools and materials, and enjoy the flexibility of remote work while making a real difference in the autism therapy space.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns
Create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms with weekly posting schedules
Design eye-catching flyers and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive client engagement
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms
Actively engage with online communities and build meaningful follower relationships
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on digital marketing best practices
Take full ownership of marketing initiatives with minimal supervision required
Support new client acquisition efforts through targeted marketing approaches
Assist with employee recruitment marketing and employer branding when needed
Handle incoming calls from prospective clients during peak periods
Contribute to various administrative tasks to support overall business operations

Requirements

Extensive digital marketing experience with proven track record (intermediate to advanced level)
Deep expertise in social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms
Strong strategic thinking abilities with experience making independent marketing decisions
Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape and current best practices
Excellent communication skills for direct client and stakeholder interaction
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative in fast-paced environments
Tech-savvy with proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms
Experience in healthcare, therapy, or service-based industries is strongly preferred
Ability to create compelling content and simple graphic design capabilities
Flexibility to adapt and grow with expanding business needs
Comfortable working during Spain time zone hours for optimal collaboration
