Schedule: 20 hours per week (5 hours/day, 4 days a week, Fridays off)

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant with Design Support to help manage and grow our clients’ online presence. The main focus will be on implementing and managing social media plans, but experience with setting up accounts and handling related digital marketing tasks is also important.

Core Responsibilities

Support in creating and executing social media plans for clients
Set up new social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) when needed
Customize and optimize social media profiles (upload images, logos, business details)
Research and implement hashtags and keywords for maximum reach
Create engaging content:
Schedule posts and integrate website + social media profiles
Engage with followers to build relationships and brand awareness
Track performance with insight analysis and prepare monthly reports
Build links between website and social media posts
Monitoring social media profiles & managing customer inquiries
Google Analytics setup and reporting
Google Business Profile setup
Blog writing and content creation
3 curated or relevant posts per platform weekly (24 per month total)
10 original content posts monthly across both platforms

Requirements

Experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram a must; others a plus)
Basic graphic design skills for creating eye-catching posts (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Familiarity with keyword/hashtag research tools
Understanding of analytics and reporting (Google Analytics a plus)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
