We are looking for a team member with the following qualifications to be assigned as a “Customer Care Executive (Certification)” in the Certification Department.

  • University graduate
  • At least 3 years of experience in the certification sector
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong work follow-up and sense of responsibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Possesses planning and organizational skills
  • Good command of English
  • Preferably knowledgeable about ISO 9001, ISO 17021, and TURKAK accreditation standards
  • No military service obligations (For male candidates)

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage certification audits in accordance with deadlines and auditor criteria.
  • Receive audit applications from existing/new customers and submit offers to institutions in accordance with sales procedures, following up on the contract process.
  • Obtain approval by calculating auditor days.
  • Ensure the continuity of the existing customer portfolio.
  • Manage customer relationship processes and provide the necessary coordination.
  • Meet monthly customer relations (existing/new) targets.
