Job Description

We are seeking a talented and versatile Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of GrowthDesk and its flagship brands, DREA and SKALE. You will be instrumental in creating compelling visual narratives for our marketing campaigns, products, and brand communications. This position requires a designer who is not only proficient in traditional graphic design but also has a flair for motion graphics and a keen interest in leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance their work.

What You'Ll Do

• Conceptualise and Create: Develop and execute high-quality visual content for a variety of digital and print media, including social media campaigns, display ads, landing pages, email newsletters, presentations, and product collateral.
• Brand Guardian: Ensure all visual assets are consistent with the brand guidelines for GrowthDesk, DREA, and SKALE, maintaining a cohesive and professional brand presence across all channels.
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate engaging short-form videos, GIFs, and other motion graphics for social media, website hero sections, and video ads.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate complex marketing concepts and data into clear, compelling, and visually appealing infographics and data visualisations.
• AI Integration: Explore and implement AI tools to streamline workflows, generate creative concepts, and assist in asset creation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand their objectives and deliver design solutions that drive results.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

What We're Looking For

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing team.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory, with a focus on digital-first design.

• Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite:

• Essential: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strongly Preferred: After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
• Motion Graphics Skills: Demonstrated ability to create and animate motion graphics for various digital platforms.
• AI Knowledge: A curious mindset and a proactive interest in using AI tools (e.g., VEO, Flow, SORA, Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) to enhance design workflows and output.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing pixel-perfect work.

Bonus Skills & Experience

• Experience in designing for the real estate or retail industries.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Experience with offline visual merchandising, exhibition booth design, or other event-based visual production.
