In This Role, You Will Provide Purpose-Driven Direction And Leadership To Transform Valmet’S Sales And Service It Landscape. By Proactively Partnering With Business Stakeholders, You Will Ensure It Is Not Just A Support Function—But A Partner For Innovation, Efficiency, And Competitive Advantage.

Your Mission

As Director Of The It Sales And Service Process Domain, You Will:

• Drive The Digitalization With Strong Business-Oriented Mindset By Designing And Delivering Innovative, Cost-Efficient It Solutions That Enhance Customer Experience As Well As Accelerating Sales And Service Performance. You Ensure Our Solution Development Supports And Secures The Achievement Of Strategic Business Objectives. You Lead Strategic Planning And Execution For Global Application Development, Lifecycle Management, And End-To-End Data Flows Within The Domain.

• Provide Strategic Leadership For Your Domain By Shaping Long-Term Roadmaps, Influencing Enterprise Architecture, And Aligning It Initiatives With Valmet’S Business Strategy. You Oversee Domain-Specific Roadmaps, Budgets, And Solution Architecture To Ensure Scalability, Security, Performance, And Cost Efficiency. Guide Business Areas In Adopting Standardized, Cost-Effective Solutions That Support Global Operations And Maximize Value Creation Across The Organization.

• Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration, Working Closely With It Business Partners, Business Stakeholders And Different It Colleagues Across The Valmet It To Ensure Seamless Integration Across Process Domains, Infrastructure, Data Architecture And Business Targets.

• Promote Responsible Innovation, Including The Ethical Use Of Ai Technologies To Unlock New Business Value.
