Reporting to Head of Marketing, the candidate will manage the overall marketing & budget for Private Banking; Emirati, Mashreq Al Islami develop & deliver business marketing campaigns, and leverage all marketing aspects such as Digital, Offline, PR, Events & Research to achieve significant results.
1. Product Marketing (Private Banking, Emirati & Mashreq Al Islami)
Strategic Product Marketing Leadership
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and product stakeholders to craft annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
• Lead the development and execution of 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and experiential channels to drive both New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) customer engagement.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution—from insight-driven creative development and media planning to rollout, performance tracking, and optimization for maximum ROI.
• Drive category visibility and preference through compelling, insight-led storytelling and robust thought leadership initiatives in partnership with the PR team.
• Continuously monitor campaign effectiveness using data and analytics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Track competitor strategies and market dynamics to create timely, relevant, and differentiated marketing responses.
• Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources, vendor coordination, and compliance with internal finance policies.
• Ensure full alignment with Economic Departments to obtain regulatory approvals and permits for campaigns and promotions.
Performance-Driven Digital Marketing
• Co-develop and implement a customer-centric digital marketing strategy leveraging customer behavior insights, market intelligence, and evolving digital trends.
• Own the performance of digital marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media, including social, programmatic, SEO/SEM, display, and email marketing.
• Manage full-funnel marketing, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion with a focus on high-value customer acquisition and retention.
• Deliver month-on-month KPI improvement through data-led decision making and continuous optimization of media mix, messaging, and targeting.
• Monitor conversion pathways, identify drop-off points, and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Digital Studio teams to refine the digital user journey and boost conversion.
• Drive innovation in digital content and performance marketing, piloting new tools, platforms, and formats to ensure Mashreq remains at the forefront of digital banking.
• Mandatory experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong expertise in banking products marketing with proven track record
• Deep understanding of business dynamics, profitability and growth drivers
• Entrepreneurial with strong drive to succeed, with commitment & result orientation
• Creative thinker, strong ideation, good people communicator & relentless executor with attention to detail
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to leverage external agencies & alliance partners to deliver outstanding campaigns
