To strategize and implement USD EDD whitelisting program for RBG-SME/NEOBIZ segment for smooth transaction thereby supporting the FX revenue and productivity and provided a comfort and trust among customers.

To take crucial initiatives to enhance & digitize the existing process and recommend the best possible solution to streamline the overall product.

Represent Business in managing the overall Customer/RBG SME/NEOBIZ/RM’s and Other Stake holder’s critical tech and USD EDD process related challenges. 

To proactively recommend and drive USD payment related promotions & campaigns targeting N2B plus existing customers to drive the overall team productivity and revenue.

Support Relationship teams in Meeting / exceeding annual revenue targets/SLAs

To coordinate with relevant technology team in deploying the changes to production.

To Review, recommend and develop processes and SOP’s to ensure seamless execution of activities.

1. To maintain a constant communication with potential plus high revenue generating Clients & their finance team/ Relationship Managers/Operational support/Technology and incorporate their feedback to streamline process and policies aiming to reduce referral volume and boost same day clearance. 
2. To diligently focus on conducting process enhancement UATs and post go-live production issues and retesting defects ensured a successful and timely migration, enhancing operational efficiency aiming smooth transition of payments.
3. To facilitate timely project implementation while providing crucial input and recommendations to other stakeholders and technology.
4. To proactively recommend and drive USD payment related promotions & campaigns targeting N2B plus existing customers to drive the overall team productivity and revenue.
5. In conjunction with proposition proactively solicit / manage business within the risk reward parameters.

• Preferably a management graduate with 10 years and more relevant working experience in-depth knowledge of fx products and services
• Experience in Trade and FX products with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in this segment.
• Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for business banking
• Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
