Position Summary:
Andersen Corporation is seeking a self-motivated Enterprise Certification Analyst to drive product certifications. This position is responsible to ensure product certification testing and maintenance is executed successfully. This position will be responsible to provide guidance, recommendation and support new product certification for project teams and existing re-certifications. Primary product certification areas include but not limited to the following: Hallmark, NFRC, Florida, TDI, IGCC and International product certification areas. This position will also help launch the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS / LabVantage) and serve as a back-up Administrator. As the System Administrator, you will be responsible to analyze, develop, plan, deploy, and support the Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS / LabVantage) for the RDI community.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned Business Units, Engineers and Testing Services to determine appropriate testing per targeted certifications.
- Work with product development teams for planning and coordination of product certifications.
- Participate and facilitate certification projects by interfacing with other departments (product development, sales, laboratories, etc.) to help ensure timely testing and evaluation of the products.
- Product knowledge for specific and localized execution of product certifications and re-certification. Ensure completed on time without lapse and all supporting information accuracy.
- Review and approve product certification documentation and related information (certification plans, test reports, audit compliance, results, etc.).
- Help establish a plan for specific Business Unit product certification support.
- Stay current on code and regulatory changes that could impact product certifications.
- Coach and mentor others on certification requirements.
- Execute certification process requirements, certification portal and workflow processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness with zero expiration.
- Promptly process all records, documentation, and invoicing of services, and follow-up on customer correspondence.
- Continuously implement process improvements.
- Coordinate 3rd party agencies for testing, test plan development, and certification items. Develop and execute service level agreements for certification activities.
- Work with areas RDI to utilize LIMS / LabVantage for work requests & test methods.
- Train RDI personnel in the new request process.
- Train Technicians in new request and data management scheme.
- Train Lab Administrators/Planners in the new planning process.
- Develop reporting metrics (moving all requests into LIMS enables advanced reporting using Power BI & Jasper Reports.
Qualifications And Skills:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4-year technical degree or relevant work experience and technical training (or combination of education and relevant work experience / training).
- 3+ years of technical experience
- Understands and applies methodologies associated with project planning and experience working with collaborative, cross functional teams
- Strong aptitude in problem solving using analytical tools
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and customer focus skills.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Advanced level of competency around the LIMS / LabVantage software.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support Certification assignments.
Nice-To-Have Qualifications:
- Strong math & science skills.
- Strong aptitude in process improvement, problem-solving and analysis.
- Strong interest and aptitude to work in a technical or scientific field.
- Extensive knowledge of window and door products.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with limited direction.
- Basic knowledge of product certification requirements and standards.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Ability and willingness to learn required technical information.
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,480 - $102,720.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
