Power Platform Specialist

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Specialist to strengthen our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for governing, developing, and enabling Power Platform solutions across the organization. You will drive compliance and best practices, support citizen developers, and ensure smooth integration of Power Platform with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services.

What You Will Do

Power Platform Governance

• Design, implement, and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Develop and maintain a Power Platform governance framework to manage lifecycle and compliance.
• Maintain and update the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Assign and monitor add-on capacities (Message Packs, AI Builder credits, Per App Licenses).
• Manage user access, environment provisioning, and administrative tasks.
• Stay updated on the latest licensing models and best practices.

Power Apps Development & Automation

• Maintain and enhance a custom SharePoint site provisioning system.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows for IT and business needs.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to automate and optimize internal processes.
• Oversee and support corporate IT-owned Power Platform solutions.

Power Platform Consulting & Enablement

• Provide expert consultation and mentoring to citizen developers.
• Guide teams on licensing, security, and compliance.
• Support users in developing sustainable and compliant solutions.

Sharepoint & Third-Party Integration

• Support and advise on integration of third-party applications with SharePoint Online.
• Design, configure, and govern Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) Enterprise Applications interacting with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder).
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and licensing principles.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform DLP policies and Centers of Excellence.
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration and automation.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience in business process automation and citizen development enablement.
• Excellent communication and training skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus).

Nice To Have

• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Power BI, Dataverse, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
