What’S The Role?
As part of Westpac’s Customer and Corporate Services Division, the Business Controls, Monitoring and Remediation (BCM) team helps manage risks across the Division.
In this role, you’ll lead risk management activities specifically for the HR Division and HR Shared Services team. You’ll work closely with business leaders to spot, assess, and manage risks, making sure everything aligns with Westpac’s risk frameworks and goals. Your job is to support a strong risk-aware culture and help the business improve how it handles risk.
You’ll be part of the leadership team, supported by senior managers, and act as a key contact for General Managers and their teams. You’ll ensure that risk information is accurate and up-to-date, support incident management, governance, controls, and reporting, and help drive improvements in risk processes and tools.
- This is a permanent fulltime role based in Sydney.
