🌍 What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Analyze and adjust customer credit limits to support healthy risk management
• Lead the cash application process, making sure payments are accurately allocated
• Resolve open or uncleared items and keep financial records squeaky clean
• Own the sales order processing flow and ensure everything aligns with credit policies
• Follow up on overdue payments and build strong, positive relationships with customers
• Document credit administration processes and improve workflows
• Stay on top of multiple tasks and deadlines while keeping accuracy a top priority
• Spot and solve issues fast — and handle customer disputes like a pro
• Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and with clients
• Embrace change, suggest improvements, and help us work smarter

💡 What We’Re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar is a big plus
• 1–3 years of experience in credit administration, cash application, or financial operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, plus comfort with Outlook and Word
• Experience with SAP (especially S4Hana) is a bonus — but not a must
• Strong German AND English skills (written and spoken) — you’ll use both daily!
• Super organized, proactive, and ready to work independently and in a team
• Adaptable, solutions-focused, and excited to learn in a fast-paced setting
