In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our Global Corporate Functions teams, including Brand & Communications, Legal, and Public Policy. Your primary mission is to transform data-driven insights into high-impact, cross-functional projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, improve the employee experience, and empower leaders. We're looking for an experienced project manager who excels at managing stakeholders, creating roadmaps, and driving initiatives from conception to completion. Responsibilities:
- Stay current with business strategies using data analysis, research, and interviews to proactively identify strategic issues and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build strong partnerships with HRBPs and business leaders to understand their challenges and deliver targeted, data-driven solutions for their organizational and talent needs.
- Partner with Corporate COE (Center of Excellence) teams to implement key HR initiatives in alignment with company guidelines, overseeing the entire process to ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct targeted competitor benchmarking and analysis to generate critical external insights, helping to shape and evolve our internal business and people strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize HR-related data to create clear visualizations and quantitative insights that support key business and HR decisions.
