We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative AR Analyst to provide accounts receivable support for our existing Point of Sale (POS) systems across 130+ locations. Reporting to the Collections Manager, you will work closely with business operators, IT teams, and key stakeholders to ensure system reliability, performance, and alignment with business needs. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will serve as a bridge between technical teams and end users to translate business understandings into functional solutions. This position follows a standard Monday through Friday schedule and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment. This hybrid role is based at our Invited Corporate office in Irving, TX.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to executives, managers, and club-level employees as support, including occasional on-call work at month end.
- Develop effective relationships with all relevant internal and external customers to proactively manage and resolve business and operational issues in an innovative, efficient, and effective manner while ensuring proper compliance with internal controls.
- Review failed transactions that arise relating to the subledger integrations and collaborate with IT to investigate and remediate as necessary.
- Participates in month-end close activities.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team performing integrity checks to ensure timely close for month-end and revenue related activities including accruals.
- Work within stated internal KPIs and SLAs.
- Keeps Leadership informed if problems arise that may interfere with work being completed on time.
- Document, maintain and updates processes for training and audit purposes.
- Perform any other job responsibilities as required at the Company’s discretion.
- Interpret business related POS inquiries into actionable tasks.
- Responsible for GL mapping of subledger transactions.
- Participate in the design, test, and implement changes and upgrades to the POS, payment, and/or corporate host systems.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive knowledge of Oracle MICROS POS or other POS systems, including mapping and configuration.
- Understanding of accounting general ledger/subledger environment, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial close processes are crucial.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and accountability.
- Investigative Aptitude: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to investigate and resolve issues.
- Retail Knowledge: Familiarity with retail business processes and workflows.
- Communication Skills: Proactive and detail-oriented communication via email and Microsoft Teams with internal departments.
- Learning Agility: Eagerness and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

- This is a hybrid role that requires on-site presence at our Irving, TX office.
