Manager | Maternal Fetal Medicine

Schedule

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Primarily onsite, option for occasional remote work
• Day shift | 7:30am-4:30pm

Assumes a key leadership role in the overall management and supervision of Maternal Fetal Medicine Program. Is expected to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of operations as they have the primary responsibility and authority in day-to-day operations of the Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic to ensure adaptive and efficient use of resources to meet the needs of the communities CentraCare serves. This individual is expected to look for opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.  Works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff and other section leaders to support well-coordinated care, remaining close to home.  Additionally, this individual is expected to develop and maintain relationships with clinical leaders in locations where the perinatology service has outreach clinics, including onsite visits on an annual basis at minimum.  This individual has the responsibility to meet the expectations for any grants awarded to their areas of leadership. Responsible for the retention and development of qualified staff while enhancing communication and feedback throughout the department.

Establishes a philosophy of family centered care into the operations and patient care practice and coworkers. Maintains professional competencies by attending educational programs, participates in professional organizations, subscribing to the reading professional journals or other appropriate activities. Age appropriate care is provided to patients and families. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. 

Pay:

• Starting pay begins at $102,083.36 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range: $102,083.36 - $153,125.04
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Experience

• 3 years or more leadership and nursing experience, prefer in Women’s Health or OBGYN

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program 
• BSN degree or higher in nursing required
• Registered Nurse in MN required
