Internal - 2nd Shift Injector Operator - Barron, WI

Hourly Pay Rate: Hire $21.75, 6 month $22.11, 1 year $22.76

Job Responsibilities

1. 1. Set up and disassemble the Injector, Brine Tanks, and other related equipment
2. 2. Mix brine in accordance with PFP and work centers master
3. 3. Inject meat to proper specifications
4. 4. Transfer products to challengers to tumble at proper RPM and time
5. 5. Empty and weigh product and place in the cooler
6. 6. Do appropriate paperwork error free
7. 7. Other nonessential duties may also be assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent math skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• No performance work actions in the last 6 months
• No attendance work actions in the last 6 months
• PHYSICAL: No current restrictions prohibiting the lifting of 50 pounds, twisting, and bending
• No restrictions prohibiting the pushing of 500-pound v-mags
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
