  The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Enivronmental Services Tech II to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community. 
  Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a EVS Tech II:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Stable work history
• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial position required

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, 5 days a week, weekends required
