Our team is part of the Microsoft’s Business & Industry CoPilot group is transforming enterprise support experiences using AI, machine learning, and our own tech stack (Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse). We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead a critical, company-wide AI knowledge strategy for support that directly impacts our customers, helping them resolve support issues quickly, before they even of users. 

In this role, you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and execution of AI knowledge experiences—ensuring content is accurate, secure, complete, and actionable for both customers and support engineers. You’ll drive cross-company alignment and deliver intelligent, scalable features that power Copilot and other enterprise tools.

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of AI reporting and metrics for our support experiences & platforms. This role will define and implement unified measurement frameworks, integrate telemetry systems, and deliver intuitive dashboards that empower feature teams and executives to evaluate the impact of AI experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong product strategy skills, experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and a passion for enabling data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include driving initiatives such as AI telemetry, reporting to ensure scalable, high-impact insights that guide prioritization, adoption, and continuous improvement across the company. 

Responsibilities

  • Own creating & executing product strategy for AI  reporting & metrics multiple lines of businesses. 
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the company from the engineering groups, businesses, and the support organization. 
  • Leverage strong cross-group collaboration skills and influence priorities using data driven approaches. 
  • Coach and mentor others in planning, organizing and coordinating work. 
  • Creating an inclusive work place environment.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience shipping global products and platforms. 

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

  • Customer obsessed and deeply passionate about creating great end user experiences 
  • Experience working in or with global support businesses is a plus 
  • Experience designing and working with support and/or CRM systems is a plus 

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
