Onsemi is seeking a highly analytical, business-savvy, and detail-oriented professional to join as a Staff Demand Planning Analyst. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence through data-driven planning, strategic forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the automotive businesssemiconductor supply chains, and a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights.

  •  Own and manage the end-to-end demand planning process.
  • Develop and refine forecast models to support revenue attainment and supply alignment.
  • Lead and contribute to weekly revenue meetings, providing insights on forecast vs. actuals.
  • Align with Sales on key customer forecast changes to ensure business responsiveness and agility.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in demand projections and provide actionable risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 5-Year Strategic Plan with data-driven demand projections.
  • Analyze historical trends, market signals, and customer inputs to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Understand margin drivers and think strategically to optimize margin through demand planning decisions.
  • Participate in the negotiation of long-term customer contracts, ensuring alignment with demand plans and business objectives.
  • Evaluate and articulate the business value of contract terms, ensuring they deliver clear benefits to onsemi.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of demand plans.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand or supply planning, forecasting, or business analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Blue Yonder).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferred for experience in the automotive or semiconductor industry.
  • Familiarity with channel business models and dynamics.

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $97
134,550 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
