Purpose of position: The job incumbent is responsible for the development, expansion, and management of business of DNV Inspection India across all services under Inspection portfolio. The role entails growing DNV Inspection’s market share across business segment and maximizing profitability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance as per DMSG’s.
  • Identify and target potential clients, build relationship and generate new business opportunities. 
  • Understand client needs and technical requirements and communicate with all stakeholders during bidding process
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders (internal & external) to focus on service delivery. 
  • Participate in conferences, technical events and promote DNV’s service offerings.
  • Delivering projects as per the scope, schedule and contract fees agreed
  • Develop project execution plan for smooth operations. 
  • Ensure mobilization & de-mobilization of inspectors as per client requirement.
  • Attend Kick off meetings and monthly review meetings with all stakeholders. 
  • Review of inspection reports/deliverables/follow-up closing of NCR/concerns
  • Rating of inspectors in ii2 
  • Ensure TS and approvals are completed on weekly basis.
  • Monthly revenue forecast and inspector utilization every month is updated to Hub (Mumbai) 
  • WO/SFA contract profitability (P&L) each order/assignment shall be monitored each month. 
  • Timely submission of invoices and payment follow-up 
  • Customer satisfaction surveys each project each quarter
  • Ensure Synergy cases are responded as per the guidelines

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, science) is preferred with 08+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the inspection services.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of relevant technologies, applications, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
